The Flash poker game is a web browser-based poker client which runs on all operating systems and with any web browser. The online back-end administrative interface provides our members with realtime information through the integrated OLAP data mining tool that allows for extensive research on the composition and performance of players, as well as their game data. The back-end functions include mass messages through e-mail and sms, game history, transaction history, and player profile management, as well as payment processing for credit cards, click2pay, Moneybookers, Pay-Pal, and Neteller.
Traffic and advertisement performance is monitored via shared Google Analytics, AdManager, and advertising clients’ affiliate accounts.

Our advertisers include the biggest brands from the world of online poker and the largest consumer brands, who benefit from the media value of the FPA network. We manage a rapidly growing inventory of highly targeted in-game ad spaces, which we offer in the form of pure media deals or prize sponsorships through barter agreements. Available ad surfaces include banners, pop-ups, scheduled animated 3D ads, newsletters, sms campaigns, promotional boxes, and the sponsorship of the game tables and the backs of cards. All sponsorship and advertising deals are managed by MGAME Solutions Corp.
Virtual Chip Purchases
In the fun-mode version of the game, players can purchase FUN chips to use for play, virtual gifting, and in-game upgrades. These FUN chips are offered in scaled packages of $2-$500.
VIP MODE
Subscription
VIP players can purchase weekly membership access to a separate private VIP server for a set subscription fee. On this separate VIP server only VIP players are allowed to play while FUN players can also access the server as spectators. All VIP players can request a 1000 VIP chip refill every two hours.
Players can build their bankrolls and spend their VIP chips on prizes offered by sponsors and made available in the VIP Store. The prizes are mostly digital goods or easily deliverable cunsumer products of different value levels that are accessible through the game clients in a simple webshop format. The weekly membership fee is $5-$10, which can be one-time or recurring.

LEGALITY
The FPA poker game is legal to operate and use beacuse it is not a real-money gambling service. The FPA Network doesn’t allow cashouts or real-money conversions of the virtual chips in any form. Players can join and participate in games for free with unlimited access to chips due the hourly refill option which allows them to refill their balance to 1000 chips once per hour in case they would fall under a 1000 chips. Players can use virtual chips only to purchase in-game virtual gifts (icons) and software functionalities (private tables, background images, add-ons). Virtual credit purchase is purely optional.
